Chayi is the hometown of the Founding Brothers of Project "C"(Ian and Lyon Chiang). It is also where Dingliou Elementary School is located, the premier event for Project C. Every year, we host our annual summer camp, and students from all over Chiayi attend. Dingliou elementary is also where Mr. Chiang attended during his elementary years.​ After years of hard work Project C has branched out to many other schools in Chayi.
