Based in one of Taiwan's most dynamic cities, the chapter brings together young learners who are eager to challenge themselves, connect with others, and build the skills they need to thrive in an increasingly global world.

The Hsinchu chapter's 2026 event on July 8 and 9 was a landmark moment for Project C. With over 10 sponsors backing the program and strong community support that brought local politicians out to join us in person, this year's event stood as a powerful testament to how far the chapter has come. What started as a vision to connect young learners through language and sport has grown into a movement that the entire Hsinchu community is proud to stand behind.
